‘Old Wood’ on one side and classic ‘Velvet’ on the other side. Deep embossing is being applied on a hot board before the calibrator. It imitates the structure of wood and creates a natural old wood effect in the interior, makes the material tactually more pleasant, less slippery. Not many of the manufacturers on the WPC market apply such a deep embossing as it slows down the production process and increases the costs.
is achieved by the correct selection of ingredients and high pressure in the extruder. The binding ingredient that is used is a high-quality polymer (HDPE) which, unlike PVC, does not emit harmful chlorine compounds during use. The mineral fillers included in the composition make the boards stronger and more fire-resistant.
crease the material’s resistance to sunlight and inhibit the process of photodegradation – the destruction of the material’s structure by sunlight. Low-cost boards produced in Europe and Asia often do not use such stabilizers, and consequently, such boards only last 1-2 years.
Due to the used non-organic dyes, the boards will keep their color for a long time. A very slight natural color change may occur during the first year of use, thereafter the color of the boards remains stable.
We designed the board partitions bigger to significantly increase the strength of the board as well as its ability to withstand heavy weights.
The more partitions and the smaller the distance between them, the stronger the board is. Most manufacturers make the boards with 4 partitions of only 2-3,5 mm thick. Our boards have 5 dividers with a thickness of 5mm, which makes them on average 20-25% stronger than most of the examples on the market.
Our boards have one of the thickest exterior walls, which combined with strong internal partitions and correct selection of material, makes it extremely strong and durable.
Majority of the budget boards has thickness of only 18-21 mm, which allows to reduce weight and costs, but not enough for the long-term usage as it reduces the bearing capacity significantly.
